• The principle of Taqabud (hand-to-hand exchange) is fulfilled through authorized shipping companies acting as the customer's agent
• All payments must be received in full before goods are shipped
• Cash on Delivery is not accepted for gold products
• Interest-based financing is not used in our business operations

While we strive to ensure full Shariah compliance, we are not a Shariah-certified financial institution. Customers are encouraged to consult qualified Islamic scholars for personal Shariah-related decisions.

7.1. Bait Al Sabaik Shall NOT Be Liable For:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or investment value
• Market fluctuations affecting the value of purchased gold
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest)
• Third-party actions (shipping companies, banks, payment processors)

7.2. Total Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

• Website code and structure

Compliance with Saudi AML Law (Royal Decree No. M/20)

Customer Identification: Saudi ID or Iqama is required for all transactions. Additional documentation may be required for orders above SAR 50,000.

• Bait Al Sabaik Company is currently NOT registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) under ZATCA regulations
• Prices displayed on the website are final and do not include VAT
• Standard sales invoices are provided for all transactions
• We will register for VAT when our annual revenue approaches the mandatory threshold of SAR 375,000

Governing Law: Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Resolution Process:

1. Disputes first resolved through good-faith negotiations
2. If unresolved, referred to Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration
3. Or competent Saudi courts in Jeddah
