1.1. Electronic Implementation of Taqabud

We adhere to Islamic Shariah principles in gold trading. The Taqabud requirement is fulfilled as follows:

• When the customer transfers the full gold price, the amount is held as "trust" with the store
• When the piece is delivered to the authorized shipping company, the company receives on behalf of the customer
• At that moment, Taqabud is fulfilled and the transferred amount is considered a completed "sale"

1.2. Bank Transfer Payment Method

• All gold orders must be paid via bank transfer to our official company account
• Bank transfer details are provided upon order confirmation
• Other payment methods may be accepted in special cases at the store's discretion
• Cash on Delivery is NOT accepted for gold products to ensure Taqabud compliance

2.1. Pricing Mechanism

• Gold prices on our website update every 5 minutes based on the international market
• The price displayed at order placement is the initial quoted price
• Final price is locked only upon receipt of full payment in our bank account

⚠️ 2.2. Price Changes Before Payment

Gold prices fluctuate continuously based on global market conditions. If the gold price changes between order placement and payment receipt:

• Our sales team will contact you to inform you of the new price
• You may choose to:
  • Pay the price difference and proceed with the order
  • Receive an additional price benefit if the gold price decreased
  • Cancel the order with no obligation
• The order is only finalized once the correct full amount is received

✓ 2.3. Price Lock

• Once full payment is received and verified, the price is locked
• No further price adjustments after payment confirmation
• The store proceeds with shipping the order

2.4. Pricing Notes

• All prices displayed are in Saudi Riyals (SAR)
• Prices are final - no additional taxes are added at checkout
• Making fees are displayed separately for each product
• Shipping fees may apply based on region and weight
• Bank transfer fees (if any) are the customer's responsibility

⚠️ Unpaid Orders: Orders not paid within 24 hours are automatically cancelled. You may place a new order at the current market price.

4.1. Authenticity

• Every gold bar comes with a certified authenticity certificate
• We work with internationally recognized refineries (PAMP, Argor-Heraeus, and others)
• Gold jewelry is hallmarked according to Saudi Standards Organization regulations

4.2. Custom Engraving

• Engraving takes an additional 3-7 business days
• Customer is responsible for the accuracy of names and words requested
• Engraved products are non-refundable

• We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only
• All shipments are insured for full value
• Signature is required upon delivery
• Full details in the Shipping Policy

7.1. The Store is NOT Responsible For:

• Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Loss or damage of shipment after customer delivery
• Misuse of the product after purchase
• Bank transfer delays from the customer's bank

7.2. Limitations of Liability

• Store liability is limited to the value of the purchased product
• We do not bear any indirect losses or lost profits

• All content (text, images, logos) is the exclusive property of Bait Al Sabaik Company
• Copying or reuse without written permission is prohibited

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute
• We seek to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to litigation
