Due to the nature of gold and precious metal products, we apply the following policy in accordance with Islamic Shariah principles and the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Pre-Payment Cancellation
1.1. Before Transferring Payment
- Customers may cancel orders at any time before payment is transferred
- No fees or obligations apply
- Simply contact us via email or WhatsApp to cancel
1.2. Price Change Cancellation
- If we contact you about a price change and you do not wish to proceed
- Full refund issued within 3 business days
- No questions asked
2. Gold Bars, Silver Bars, and Gold Coins (After Delivery)
⚠️ Important: Customers cannot return gold bars or coins after delivery, except in the following cases:

Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after:
- Receiving the product in its original condition with the certificate
- Verification of the product's condition by our team
3. Gold Jewelry (Non-Engraved)
Exchange Within 24 Hours
Customers may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:
- The piece must be in its original condition
- No use, scratches, or damage
- All attachments must be included: box, certificate, original invoice

4. Engraved Products
⚠️ Non-Refundable
Customized and engraved products (with names or Quranic verses) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exception: Cases of manufacturing error from our side.
5. Refund Method
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the same account used for payment
- Bank transfer fees (if any) are deducted from the refund amount
- Processing time: 3-7 business days after refund approval
6. General Provisions
- We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions
- Final decision in disputes lies with store management after technical inspection
- Refunds are subject to verification of product authenticity and condition
