The shipping company acts as the customer's agent for receiving the gold
When the authorized shipping company collects the package from our store, Taqabud is fulfilled
At that moment, the transferred payment is considered a completed sale

Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery address
Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address may incur additional fees

8. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Fees displayed before order confirmation
Shipping fees added to total bank transfer amount

9. Delivery Failures
